Windy Hill Carwash is a Caliber Car Wash located in the city of Smyrna, Georgia. Civilogistix, LLC provided full civil design services for this project for Alterman Commercial Real Estate. The project was complicated in that the project construction timeline was scheduled to take place during the same time as the Windy Hill Right of Way Improvement project. This required project phase coordination with numerous stakeholders and the various phases of the right of way improvements, in order to allow both projects to go forward on a timely basis.
In an effort to provide maximum access to the site while the ongoing right of way improvements took place, Civilogistix, LLC proposed altered striping plans for the five different phases of the right of way improvements project. The design required us to coordinate closely with Croy Engineering to ensure that there were no conflicts with their design, while also providing safe access to the site for each phase of the right of way improvements.
