Popeyes – Peachtree City, GA | Land Disturbance Permit & Site Development
To secure a Land Disturbance Permit (LDP) in Peachtree City, Georgia, projects must first receive Conceptual Site Plan approval from the Planning Commission. City staff reviews the proposed site plan and building elevations before scheduling a public hearing.
Civilogistix worked closely with Peachtree City planners to ensure that the proposed Popeyes fast-food restaurant in Lexington Circle met all local development codes prior to the hearing. During the public meeting, Civilogistix presented the project, addressed all questions, and obtained approval on the first submittal.
After receiving approval, our team developed full civil construction documents to proceed with permitting and site construction. The Popeyes site was part of an existing shopping center in Peachtree City, which allowed us to preserve existing infrastructure, including curb, gutter, and pavement—reducing overall site development costs.
A vehicle tracking analysis confirmed that delivery trucks could safely access the loading area. To meet Peachtree City stormwater management requirements, a Hydro International Up-Flo Filter was incorporated into the design to ensure compliance with water quality standards.
Civilogistix successfully navigated the city’s permitting process, obtained the Land Development Permit, and supported the project through to the start of construction.
