Caliber Car Wash – Peachtree City, GA | Civil Design & Permitting

Civilogistix provided full civil design services for Caliber Capital’s new car wash in Peachtree City, Georgia. The project involved multiple permitting rounds, including public hearings for site plan and landscape plan approvals.

Due to site size constraints, we designed an underground detention system using 36” perforated CMP to meet Peachtree City’s stormwater standards. Permits were obtained from the City of Peachtree City, PCWASA, and Fayette County Water.

Construction lasted approximately nine months. After completion, we prepared an as-built hydro report for final approval, leading to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy. The project also included an extensive landscape plan, which will greatly enhance the property as the trees mature.
