Civilogistix completed the Strickland Brothers oil change facility at 64 Ridge Rd, Dallas, Paulding County, GA. The project required creative site grading solutions due to a challenging slope from east to west.

Our initial layout positioned the building near the eastern setback, but during a site visit, we identified a steep incline that would affect vehicle access. To resolve this, we flipped the site layout, minimizing earthwork and ensuring a smooth exit from the service bays—all while meeting Paulding County code requirements.

Thanks to our proactive approach and strong coordination with county officials, the permitting process was seamless, allowing construction to proceed efficiently.
