Civilogistix, LLC provided full civil design services for Caliber Capital for a car wash located in Peachtree City, Georgia.  The site required multiple rounds of permitting through the city.  There were two public hearings held at which Civilogistix presented the project, one for approval of the conceptual site plan, and one for the approval of the landscape plan.  Following approval of the conceptual site plan by the Planning Commission, Land Disturbance Plans were prepared for review. Due to the small size constraints, an underground detention system had to be designed for the site. The system was designed to meet the Peachtree City Local Design Guide and utilized 36” perforated CMP surrounded by stone.  Permits had to be obtained from the City of Peachtree City, Peachtree City Water and Sewer Authority, and Fayette County Water department.  With permits in hand, construction took place for approximately 9 months. Once construction was completed, an as-built hydro report was prepared and approved by the city which led to the certificate of occupancy being issued.  Peachtree City also required an extensive landscaping plan.  Having so many trees will make the property beautiful when they are grown!
