This Mavis Tire & Brakes location in Warner Robins, Georgia is a prime example of how Civilogistix delivers full civil design and permitting solutions for commercial site developments. We partnered with Capital Growth Buchalter, Inc. to provide comprehensive site civil engineering services, ensuring the project met both local and state requirements.
Originally, the site was located in Houston County, outside of Warner Robins city limits. To access the city’s sewer infrastructure, the property required an annexation into the City of Warner Robins. Our team represented the project during two public hearings, navigating the annexation process and working closely with city officials to secure approval.
Following the successful annexation, we prepared and submitted Land Disturbance Plans (LDP) for review and permitting. Multiple permits were required, including from the City of Warner Robins, GDOT (Georgia Department of Transportation), and the Houston County Water Department.
With all permits approved, construction proceeded over a period of six months, culminating in the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy.
