This Mavis Tire & Brakes is located in the city of Warner Robins, Georgia. We provided full civil design services for Capital Growth Buchalter, Inc. The site was originally located in Houston County and had to be annexed into the City of Warner Robins in order to utilize the city’s sewer infrastructure. There were two public hearings held by the city at which Civilogistix represented the project in order for the city to approve the annexation request. Once the site was successfully annexed into the city, Land Disturbance Plans were submitted for review. Permits had to be obtained from the City of Warner Robins, GDOT, and Houston County Water department. With permits in hand, construction took place for approximately 6 months and a certificate of occupancy was obtained.
