Civilogistix partnered with PRO Building Systems on the design-build project for the expansion taking place at Gwinnett Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram located off Highway 78 in Stone Mountain, Georgia.
The owner wanted to expand the showroom floor to provide a better guest experience as well as increase the inventory of new and used vehicles for sale. Civilogistix provided a site plan which integrated the building expansion into the existing development and nearly doubled the number of inventory parking spaces provided. Other services provided include design development, grading plan, utility layout, erosion control plan, stormwater analysis and design, landscape design, as well as permit coordination.
In order to obtain a land disturbance permit for the project, plans were submitted to Gwinnett County Planning & Development for a Commercial Development Permit, Georgia Department of Transportation for a Utility Encroachment Permit, as well as Georgia Environmental Protection Division for a Notice of Intent.
